Gitzo 1531 MK2 3-section Tripod
This small, lightweight carbon fiber tripod from Gitzo, weighing only 2.2 pounds (not including whatever head you get for it), is good for travel or for whenever it's a priority to minimize the carry weight. With a load capacity of over 17 pounds, it will support a full-sized spotting scope.

The legs can be set for locking angles of 24 degrees or 60 degrees. Incorporates Gitzo's new, Anti Leg Rotation feature.

With the best strength-to-weight ratio in a tripod, carbon fiber dampens vibration for better viewing.
