Head not included. We recommend that this tripod be paired with the the Gitzo Gimbal Fluid Head GHF2W, which is extremely strong but small. It is ideal for use with a spotting scope, when you need to pan and tilt freely in any direction but have the scope remain stationary when you're looking through it.
