RETURN POLICY

May I return my purchase if I don't like it?

Yes. You may return any item for exchange or refund within 30 days of the date of purchase, provided that it is in new condition with all original product boxing and paperwork.

Return of defective products
There is no restocking fee for returns of defective products.

Exchanging for a refund
If you would like to receive a refund, the refund value is the product purchase price, less a restocking fee of 5%.

Exchanging for an item of equal or greater price
If you exchange an item for another item of equal or greater price, there is no restocking fee.

Exchanging for an item of lesser price
If you exchange an item for another item of lesser price, the value of your return is the product purchase price, less 5% of the difference in the two prices.

Special case: Straight-through Scopes only
For straight scopes from any manufacturer, the restocking fee will be 15%.
