Troyer Repeating Bait Trap ~ RBT

Welcome to the next generations of repeating bait traps! Troyer's exclusive repeating bait trap features many unique improvements over previous Repeating Bait Traps.

The tripping mechanism is above the cage, making it easier for House Sparrows to see the bait. An aluminum pull-out bait tray is included. The teeter-totter tripping mechanism is covered, so if the sparrow lands on it, it will not lower. The teeter-totter is calibrated in production, but you can adjust it if need be.

Once the sparrow enters the teeter-totter, it will lower and the sparrow will enter the trap via a Lexan door. The door is surrounded by an aluminum guard, so the sparrow can't lift the Lexan door.

Once captured there is a built in holding box the sparrows can use. This built in box provides shelter and helps relieve the stress that trapping can cause. You should place your own food dishes inside the holding box.

An aluminum shutter door is included and can be slid over the hole to the holding box capturing the sparrows into one area. There are two access doors to the trap. One in the trapping cage and one at the holding box. The teeter-totter mechanism is completely covered with cage wire so there will be no escaping, and you have complete access to the teeter-totter.

Made from decking wood it will not rot and is water-resistant for three years. A handle at the top of the cage for easy carrying completes the trap.
