Beautify your garden with this elegant, decorative birdbath. In summer it brings a classical note, like ancient Greek architecture. The deicer is built right into the bowl, where it works invisibly to maintain open water no matter the weather.

You run your cord up through the hollow pedestal, out of sight. In winter, plug it into the underside of the bowll, where the 120 watt thermostatically controlled heater is built in. The deicer is hidden inside the bowl, so there is nothing to spoil the clean lines.

When winter is over, unplug it from the bowl or from your outdoor electrical outlet.

The bath is made of compression molded plastic, for great durability. Diameter of the bowl is 18 inches. In use, the bath is 23 inches tall. The bowl and pedestal are separate pieces. The bowl and pedestal have threaded attachment parts, so you just turn the bowl a little bit on the pedestal to secure it. The center of the pedestal is hollow, so the whole unit is not heavy, and the compression-molded plastic design provides durability.

If you are in a high-winds area, you can fill the hollow pedestal with sand for greater stability, or sink a length of rebar into the ground, and set the pedestal over it.

Your own electric cord runs up through the pedestal, out of sight, and brings electricity to the underside of the bow When plugged in to an extension cord, the heater will work automatically during freezing temperatures to keep the water melted but not hot. In warmer weather, when you don't need the cord, you can tuck it away out of sight inside of the hollow pedestal.

The bath comes with a 3 year manufacturer's warranty and can be used year-round.
