There are lots of things to recommend this new 8x21 binocular. It's got suprisingly good optics for the low price. It focuses as close as 8 feet, which is unusually good for an inexpensive binocular.

It's tiny and weighs only 6 ounces, but it does the job. It's perfect for kids (as well as adults to don't want to lug around heavy binoculars). Maybe each family member can have his or her own color. Choose yellow ("Sun"), Moon (blue), Star (silver), Ocean (green), or Lava (red) from the color menu below.

A word of caution... for people who wear glasses, this binocular will not give the full field of view (only 8mm eye relief). Glasses wearers, please consider the Eagle Optics Triumph binocular.
